NextPlay was built to provide clarity, guidance, and trusted support for athletes and families navigating some of the most transformative years of their lives.

We believe young athletes deserve more than exposure opportunities or recruitment advice - they deserve mentorship, strategy, education, and support that prepares them not only for the next level of sport, but for life beyond it.

Backed by a 25 plus career that traverses all levels and aspects of the amateur and professional sport landscape, to nearly two decades working in collegiate athletics, and time spent coaching youth sport, I’ve witnessed firsthand the incredible impact sport can have on young people.

We are especially committed to supporting young girls in sport at a time when opportunities for female athletes are growing faster than ever before.
